El Cocinero Fiel is one of the best internet cooking sites for Spanish food. His videos are easy to follow and always with a good result. I’ve made at least a dozen dishes that I took directly from his videos. We cook a lot with rice here in Valencia so here we have two easy dishes. Be sure to use good Valencian rice I these recipes. My favorite is Fallera® brand which is sold everywhere here.
I often say that the internet is like the Spanish grandmother that I never had. I find that making a new dish is much easier if you can actually watch someone making it first. R.I.P. cookbooks, long live YouTube!
