Corrida de Toros
I went to the first night of the Feria de Julio at Valencia's beautiful Plaza de Toros. I have been to see quite a few corrida's (horribly translated as bullfights). I can't say that I am a huge fan but I enjoy the pomp and spectacle. It's a good excuse to smoke a fine cigar and have some Spanish brandy on a summer evening.

I like the video but it is a tricky subject Leftbanker! The protests against bullfights are getting louder every year. It is already forbidden in Catalunya and Canary Islands. I do not like them either although I appreciate the folklore and traditions behind them. But surely there must be a more human way to honor the bull instead of butchering him.
