How to Make a Greek Frappé

This is the national drink of Greece during the summer months. Frappés for some reason seem to turn out better when you use Nescafé instant coffee but don't take my word on this. Just how this French word (Frapper - to strike) came into Greek as φραπές is a bit of a mystery.
