Rocafort is about as good a place as any to buy olives. The small park in the center of the village serves as a a market on Saturday mornings. The town is well worth a visit and is easily reached by the #1 metro line or by bicycle is you begin at the Empalme station and ride through Burjassot. Rocafort has a small historic center and a lot of beautiful mansions to check out. The bike ride is worth it just to get a pincho de tortilla de patatas from La Bodeguita de Rocafort.
