Papas Aliñas

A cold potato salad from Andalucía, Papas Aliñas is one of my favorite summer dishes. Here in the northern areas of Spain we use the word "patatas" for potatoes but in Andalucía, as well as all of Latin America, they say "papas." The dish hails originally from Cádiz, as far as I was able to learn. You can also add tuna to this dish which would make Papas Aliñas a meal in itself.
