Risotto ai Funghi (Mushroom Risotto)

Why would anyone eat bad food when it is so easy to cook a great meal? It's easy with videos from YouTube. Just think of YouTube as the Italian/Spanish/Greek grandmother that you never had.

We cook a lot with rice here in Valencia so switching to an Italian classic recipe is pretty easy. I still use rice from Valencia instead of the usual Arborio rice that Italians use for risotto. First we have the recipe from an Italian chef.



Next we have it in English with a couple of great twists.
